Circuit City's CEO?

Circuit City's top executive took a noticeable back seat at the retailer's annual shareholders meeting last week.
W. Alan McCollough handled the perfunctory and brief business portion of the meeting. He said the chain had strengthened its management team this year and he had confidence in them.
He then turned over the rest of the meeting to Philip J. Schoonover and Michael Foss.
Schoonover is the former Best Buy executive who was named Circuit City's president in February. He joined the chain last fall.
Foss, who has been the retailer's chief financial officer since June 2003, was promoted to executive vice president in February.
